Hélène Garcia Chappuis

With an extensive background in the textile industry and long frustrated with the selection of gifts available in local shops, Hélène decided, back in 2004 and upon careful consideration to jump into months of research for gifts worth giving.

Scouring designer's websites, design magazines, international design fairs and often taking designer's concepts to production she built up, with help from local designers, a vast selection of fun, strange and useful products.

In december of that year ALON opened its doors to a grateful Ticino. After almost six years of successful and happy operations and thousands of products later, ALON opens the online shop you're in right now. Finally taking this labour of love to the rest of Switzerland and Europe.

Personally attending to the requests of every single customer ALON hopes you'll find the same experience and quality of service here than you do in our little Lugano shop.
